How do I purchase items online?
Browse the site and once you have an idea of what you would like add the items to cart by selecting ‘add to cart’. After you have finished your selection, click on shopping cart and you will be taken to checkout whereby you can select your preferred payment method and fill out a few details that we need to satisfy the order. You will be passed to a secure online payment authorisation service that will process your card details and obtain payment from your card provider. Your order will be based upon our product prices and delivery charges in force at the time you submit your order.
How much are delivery charges?
All orders over £300.oo delivery is free.

For orders under £300 then a £31.20 delivery fee applies to mainland uk

If yu have specific delivery requirements such as next day or timed please call us to arrange this.
How can I pay for my goods?

  • Cheque- items ordered will be dispatched once cheque has cleared. Please send cheques to Aylesbury tiling centre, unit 16, duck farm court, aylesbury, bucks, HP20 2SQ
  • All cards accepted through secure online paypal payment service.
  • Debit and credit card through secure online payment service.
  • Debit and credit card over the phone payments.
  • Direct bank deposits please include your name on the reference. Enter ‘BACS’ in coupon at checkout when paying by bacs to receive 2% off the order price.
  • When making payments ensure that your details are correct and include any colour or quantity preferences and shipping price. Once payment has been made, you will receive a payment confirmation via your nominated email address.

Aylesbury bathroom centre deals with many manufacturers of bathroom products, bathroom furniture and bathroom accessories. Please contact us and we will do our best to source the product at the best price for you.
I have found an item cheaper – will you match the price?

Yes, We endeavour to keep our prices low, we will do our best to match or even beat genuine prices of a competitor. We will require one of the following:

A copy of a Sales Catalogue or Printed quote (with suppliers name address and phone number) scanned and emailed or faxed. The URL (web address) of our competitor’s web site. The fully inclusive price on the competitor price including VAT and Delivery Charge.

We will confirm the price with the competitor. We reserve the right not to proceed with the sale at any time. Once a purchase has been made, we will not refund any difference in price. Please confirm your price match with us first We will only match the price of the exact product and model. We will not match items listed on Auction sites or outside the UK.

Can I purchase items from your website and pickup, or use my own Courier?
Yes this is occasionally available on certain items. Please call prior to ordering to arrange collection or using your own courier.
My Item was broken during transit what should I do?
In the unfortunate situation of transit damage please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery to make a claim. Depending on the damaged item we can either repair or replace the item. Please take as many pictures as possible of the broken items and send these to us via email.
Is Value Added Tax (VAT) included in your prices?
Yes this is included in the online prices. Businesses and individuals registered for VAT can generally reclaim this
What if I need to make amends or additions to my order?
We will endeavour to make amends to orders where we can but as we aim to process and despatch all orders immediately some changes may be beyond our control. Please notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order. Any items which have been packaged for dispatch we may not be able to alter. Cancellations cannot be made once an item has been booked for delivery.
