Don’t worry if you don’t have a solid vision of what you want your final scheme to look like, our designers have decades of planning experience and can advise you on all elements of your bathroom design, from recommending ideal layouts to guidance on the best bathroom suites and showers to suit your style and budget.

Planning a new bathroom is exciting and we need to make time to talk about your wants and wish list items. If there is a style of a bathroom suite or features you want, such as a relaxing rainfall walk-in shower or a beautiful boat bath, we can recommend suitable ranges and products in your budget, so you can realise your dream bathroom potential.

Following our consultation, we will send you a comprehensive package including costs within two to three days.

02 Next-generation visuals to give you a firsthand experience

The next step is to invite you to our large showroom and design centre to perfect your design layout and browse the new bathrooms we have on show. Our package will include the bathroom products perfect for you but we welcome you to browse both showrooms for inspiration and ideas.

As well as applying the latest bathroom design software to visualise your space, we offer an immersive 4D virtual reality experience. One of only a few bathroom designers nationwide to offer this feature, our ground-breaking VR technology allows you to explore your new bathroom in detail – turning taps and opening drawers – so you get a true sense of the space.

Layout perfected, you can browse our 4000 square foot showroom of the latest bathroom suites, furniture, widely sourced tiles and accessories. A key difference with our displays is that our baths, showers and taps are working – so you can feel water flows and jets – helping you make informed decisions about the type of appliances you want.

If you need advice on luxurious finishing details, such as underfloor heating, towel radiators, de-misting mirrors and wall and floor tiles, our advisors can talk you through all the options to match your personal style and bathroom installation needs.

03 Expert bathroom installation that minimises disruption

From installing a new bathroom suite to updating an existing shower room, our skilled bathroom installation team will ensure your project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Our in-house team comprises highly qualified tradespeople, including registered Gas Safe engineers and NICEIC electricians, which means we can carry out all necessary electrical and plumbing works, from installing electric showers to completing bathroom entertainment systems.

We are also authorised to certify work for safety compliance and can notify and supply all relevant certifications to your local building control department.

As well as taking care of plumbing and electric installations, we’re qualified to undertake minor building works, including constructing partition walls to create separate en suites or shower rooms. Again, where modifications require building regulations approval, we can submit necessary documentation on your behalf.

04 Renovation day to give you the perfect bathroom

We understand the importance of a swift, clean installation. On day one we will talk you through the installation schedule and confirm what is going to happen day by day.

We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and strive to take the utmost care of your home. As well as carefully covering access routes with protective coverings, we aim to leave the space as clean and tidy as possible. We will also make sure you have an operational WC and running water at the end of each day, helping to keep disruption to a minimum.

During installation, we will provide regular progress updates, so you are always up to date with what is happening and the expected completion time.

Upon completion, we will perform a thorough handover, taking you through how appliances work as well as providing you with all necessary documentation, such as instructions and guarantees.
